Ghana.  I am Francisca Anomah Agyin. I got the opportunity to start this MBS course through Mr. Harrison Anim Frimpong. After asking him about the course his explanation blew my mind and I decided to start and enroll by his guidance. I had a YouTube channel before this course and I did not see anything wrong with my business process until we covered the details about processes.

I asked those that gave positive comments about one of my shared videos to tell me what they thought could be improved in my next video. The suggestions I got blew my mind and I have been able to incorporate the ideas into my YouTube videos. The topic Process especially and all the other P’s, have helped me see my mistakes and understand the techniques I must add to improve my videos and know when to add equipment etc. I have also increased my knowledge on how I can manage my business properly with the detailed explanations I have gotten from this course and all the principles shared concerning the 6P’s of business. The community service project and the commitments at the end of each unit has really been helpful.  I  learnt a lot thanks to this course. I encourage everyone to take this MBS course; even if you are already successful in business; it will help you realize the mistakes you are committing. The commitments, home plan, and community service will help you have a broader knowledge about your business, your self, your community and help you take actions to improve yourself and your community at large.
