Now I’m well aware of what you need to do to start a business, before taking the MBS course I was struggling to write my business plan. I didn’t know what goes under processes now I’m more equipped as to what makes a good business plan.

I learned about paperwork and making your business formal. These are the things that I never took into consideration. My favorite unit was Unit 8 Process. I would recommend any small or big business owner to take this course; it is insightful and informative and it brings much awareness as to whether your business is making profit or loss.
