Congo – Brazzaville. My name is Enoch Mombouli and I’m the owner of Agri-Tosala. Thanks to the MBS course, I was able to structure and formalize my business effectively. I learned how to draw up a complete business plan based on the 6Ps of business, which enabled me to better understand the key aspects of my business and optimize them to maximize profits.

The course also helped me improve my financial management by giving me the tools to create a budget, track my income and expenses, and manage my savings more rigorously. I now have a better grasp of my personal and professional finances, which has reinforced the stability of my business. The community involvement advocated by the MBS course led me to develop a solid community involvement plan where I was able to organize clean-up and donation activities at an orphanage, strengthening ties with my community and helping those in need. All in all, the MBS course has had a transformative impact on my life giving me the skills and confidence to develop and run my business effectively while improving my quality of life and community involvement.
