Mozambique.  Toitassei Sicreta – As a professional, I have a degree in Agricultural Engineering, specializing in Agribusiness, and a postgraduate degree in NGO Development Project Management. I am currently a partner or founder of the company Nepce Moçambique lda, which is dedicated to supplying water treatment products and providing pool maintenance services. It has always been my passion to create a company that could help not only me, but also my family, my community and contribute in some way to the growth of my country.

MBS has impacted my life in several significant ways. Firstly, I have to believe in a prosperous life or self-reliance, being the protagonist of our dreams. Secondly, with MBS I learned that a well-planned and executed business is not just about profit, but can also be a positive transformative force, benefiting various stakeholders and contributing to the sustainable and inclusive development of the community in which it operates.
