Brazil.  I’m Luana Mayara Diniz, 37, an educator and social leader in my community. I work in education as CEO of the EducAÇÃO Institute, where we offer educational support to our beneficiaries, reading workshops, writing books, cultural exchange, capoeira workshops and sustainability.

My new project is the creation of the EducAÇÃO Store, with educational games accessible to the general public. MBS had an impact on my life because, through the course, I was able to think more about finances and the future of the business. I understand that, in order to grow, we need to be organized and committed to the money that comes into the company, understanding that we need to separate: company/personnel/investment. That way, we’ll have a full and prosperous business.
