DR Congo.  My name is Johnny Mbangala, and I’m from DR Congo. I discovered Interweave Solutions through my older brother, Joseph Kabamba. He shared his enriching experience with me and convinced me to take the MBS training course. I wanted to start my own business, but I had no clear idea of what it entailed or what direction to take. The course turned out to be a decisive turning point in my life. Initially, entrepreneurship seemed complex, as I lacked clarity on the basics: what to invest in, how to organize myself and what steps to take to succeed. However, as the course progressed, I discovered fundamental concepts such as the 6Ps of entrepreneurship, which gave me a method for structuring my ideas and projects. I learned how to develop solid business plans, identify services suited to my talents while meeting the needs of my community, and keep detailed records of the company’s finances. This knowledge profoundly transformed my way of thinking and gave me the confidence to take the plunge. That’s how my company, Award Digitale, a digital marketing agency, was born. It specializes in helping companies improve their online presence, set themselves apart from the competition and maximize their impact with customers. Thanks to the tools and strategies I learned, I was able not only to bring my project to fruition, but also to lay a solid foundation for a promising future for my company. Today, Award Digitale is much more than just an agency. It’s a platform dedicated to innovation and community service. My aim is to bring practical solutions to businesses while creating job opportunities. I also want to pass on these skills by training future entrepreneurs, so that they too can turn their talents and passions into concrete successes. I’m infinitely grateful to Interweave Solutions for guiding me along this path. This training has enabled me to reveal my potential and add value to my community. I would also like to thank my coach, Joseph Kabamba, for his constant support and invaluable advice along the way.
