Ecuador. I am Selene, a 52-year-old Ecuadorian woman. Before following this course, my self-esteem was affected not only by circumstances caused by the pandemic, but also because before I had already started a business, for which I got into debt with financial institutions and for not knowing how to properly manage my business in the end failed. This caused the fear of undertaking again and a debt that I continue to pay today to strengthen in me.
My desire to learn and understand how true entrepreneurship works led me to investigate new training, and that is how I came to the “MBS Entrepreneurial Woman” project. Hence, in this course I have learned that: it is important to know how to plan, and that it is not enough to do it mentally, if I want to succeed in everything that I set my mind to, I must do it by applying and putting into practice learned methodologies, only then will I be able to achieve success. Among the important points that this preparation has left me, is the fact of understanding and learning that every good plan also requires that I develop as a person, that I learn to maintain a better quality of life and that every day I strive to prove to myself that I am better in everything I do, that I learn to forgive myself for the mistakes made and that I turn those failures into new strengths to continue growing. I have also learned the importance of developing and putting into practice the 6Ps of the Business, because every good project needs and requires to be well managed to grow. I consider that an important part is the learning that I have acquired regarding the control and administration of personal and company finances, which leads me to conclude that it is important to keep the accounts clear and independent so that my business can grow in a healthy way.
