DR Congo. Hello! My name is Junior Mbikayi, originally from the Democratic Republic of the Congo. I learned about Interweave Solutions through a colleague, Joseph Kabamba. After hearing about his successful project, which he developed thanks to what he learned at Interweave, I decided to commit myself as well and learn about entrepreneurship by enrolling in the MBS course.
At the beginning, starting a business was very difficult for me. As I progressed through the training, I began to find a clear path to follow. All the concerns I had at the start were gradually clarified through daily learning. I learned about the six Ps of business, which helped me develop the ideas in which I plan to invest.
By creating plans for each of my projects, I selected the best products based on my skills and on the needs of my family and community, while keeping records of everything that comes into and goes out of my business, “MJ Salon,” which provides honest service and promotes confidence and self-esteem. With this initial vision, many people will experience positive outcomes for their beauty and well-being.
I am open to engaging and working with others to achieve this goal, to satisfy needs and provide solutions to my community. I am grateful to Interweave Solutions, which has greatly helped me move forward and learn how to improve my quality of life. I am also grateful to my coach, Joseph Kabamba, who guided me throughout my entire training.
